명령

장치가 현재 온라인 상태가 아닌 경우, 장치가 인터넷에 연결되면 명령이 전달되고 실행됩니다. 아직 전달되지 않은 명령이 유효해야 하는 기간을 결정하려면a 지속 시간Commands 매개변수를panel 설정할to 수send 있습니다.remote commands to a managed device. Available commands depend on the platform (Android or Apple) and device state.

비밀번호delivered 재설정

Android (AMAPI) commands

Some commands require additional parameters, which appear dynamically when you select the command.

Common parameters

  • Command: choose which action to send to the device.

Commands with additional fields

  • Reset password: requires 잠금New password 명령)and Confirm new password. Optional toggles include Lock now, Require entry, and Do not ask for credentials on boot.
  • Clear app data: requires the target Package name.

Command history

 Below the send controls, the dashboard shows a command history table. The table is sortable and supports pagination. Some rows can be expanded to view additional parameters or execution details.

Apple (MDM) commands

 For Apple devices, the Commands panel provides a Command selector. Some commands require additional inputs. As with Android, a command history table is shown below.

Commands with additional fields

  • InstallApplication: requires the application Bundle ID.
  • SendNotification: requires a Notification message (maximum length 200 characters).

Refresh

Use the refresh action in the Commands panel to reload the command history.

소유권 포기
이 명령어를 통해 IT 관리자는 회사 소유 장치의 소유권을 직원에게 포기할 수 있습니다. 장치의 업무 프로필이 삭제되고 모든 장치 정책이 공장 초기화 상태로 재설정되지만 개인 데이터는 그대로 유지됩니다. 이렇게 하면 IT 부서는 장치에 대한 현재 및 미래의 소유권을 포기하고 해당 장치가 다시 등록될 것으로 기대해서는 안 됩니다.
